SHIPPING - RETURNS - Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#)
Return Window: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from delivery date of your item to request a return.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (new) and in the same condition that you received it (parts cannot be installed). It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Method: Return to store in person or by mail.
Restocking Fee: 15% of the product price
Return Reason and Fees: Cost of Return Shipping (remorse), No Fee (defective)
Registered Elite Customer Account Holders
To start a return, login to your account and view your orders. Select order with the product you are returning, click Return Authorization. Fill out the information and submit. You may also be requested to include product photos to help clarify any issues also to verify condition. Once approved you will receive return instruction with a RMA shipping label to print out.
For GUEST wanting to request an RMA, please email us at support@mymotoconnection.com.
Include the following info in your email: order number, name, and phone number with a description of the reason for return or exchange. Also please include any photos to help clarify any issues.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card or payment type.
