Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging for approval.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Log into your account and view your orders.
2. Click the return option and receive your RMA#.
3. Securely package the item and include your order number and RMA number inside the package.
4. Ship the item to the following return address:

5. Once received, returns will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, we will process and ship the replacement promptly. Please note that all return requests must pass inspection and receive approval before any refund or exchange is processed.
Important Notes
- Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification may be denied for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Products purchased from an Elite Authorized Retailer or Partner must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
